Dan and Jen Northcraft are the married duo that co-owns NorthCraft Neighborhoods. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, their love of skiing and mountains led them to Denver in 2006 where Dan was a Construction Manager for Habitat for Humanity for 10 years.  Jen taught pre-K thru middle school art.  After their second daughter was born, the pull to be closer to the mountains started gaining traction and shortly after their third daughter was born, they made the leap to the mountains and clouds of Leadville. 

In the summer of 2018 NorthCraft Neighborhoods was born and Dan and Jen started building homes with the precision, beauty and care that only two perfectionists (an engineer and an artist) can create!
